Fashion and mythology

Inaugurated at Palazzo Pitti in  Florence: KARL LAGERFELD Visions of Fashion, a photography exhibition by Eric Pfrunder and Gerhard Steidl. It shows the photographic career of Lagerfeld.
A special project produced by Fondazione Pitti Immagine Discovery and Galleria degli Uffizi (June 14 - October 23, 2016).
Visions of fashion celebrates the production of the German photographer an director Karl Lagerfeld. Pictures inspired by classical mythology such as the series Le Voyage d'Ulysse and Daphnis and Chloe. A set of 200 images taken by various techniques: daguerreotype, platinotype, Polaroid transfer, resinotype and digital printing.
