AMO Opera Restaurant is located in the heart of Verona, just steps away from piazza delle Erbe, in the prestigious Forti Palace, home of the Arena of Verona’s Opera Museum, the temple of music and opera history.
The restaurant opened in April 2014 while Verona hosted the Vinitaly and, fully operating by then, it is the growing reference-point for the sophisticated Opera viewers.
With the bouquet of La Collina dei Ciliegi's wines, master of the house, nestled in a larger, exclusively Italian wine-list curated by Luca Gardini, World Champion Sommelier 2010 and with the refined tastes of Chef Vincenzo Bonocore, a rising star in Italian cuisine, food-lovers will feel they have found the right spot for Verona's typical dishes combined with traditional regional Italian cuisine.
The atmosphere is elegant, defined by a bar counter for aperitifs, a lounge, and a terrace-smoking area in the romantic Corte Gino Bogoni. Customers can also feast their eyes on a charming interior courtyard of the museum: Forti Palace's principal courtyard as well as meeting rooms of various sizes available for conventions, banquets and weddings.
