In the Bella Iseo restaurant the Chef proposes an eclectic mix of fine cuisine where attention to quality base ingredients and flavors is fruit of his experience gained over the years. The chef offers you the opportunity to taste recipes linked heavily to the region, from fresh Lake fish, to flavors from Franciacorta with "à la carte menu" based around fish and shell-fish dishes to wet your appetite.
