Turks and Caicos
The marine fauna dream
The archipelago of Turks and Caicos in the Caribbean sea is a cluster of over 40 islands from untouched nature.
The location, South of the Bahamas and East of Cuba, guarantees exploration of virgin beaches and waters including the third largest reef barrier on Earth.
The famous Grace Bay Beach is the best ten in the world but there are other wild beaches. The shallow waters abound with tropical marine life: lobster, conch and grouper are cooked fresh and served in the local style. On the Mondays following Easter celebration the annual competition for the best kite is held.
The competition is organized by the Tourist Board of Turks & Caicos on the beach in Providenciales at Children's Park and at Horse Stable Beach.
