Manna Restaurant, Milano
Creativity in food
Manna Restaurant in Piazzale Governo Provvisorio 6, in Milan, offers contemporary Italian cuisine.
Chef Matteo Fronduti welcomes us. He is professional and he has an exuberant and sociable character. Mr Fronduti, devoted to his work, selects raw materials offering a variety of regional menu.
The location is simple and refined. A corridor connects the two rooms that can accommodate about 40 seats.
The wine-list includes 80 choises of Italian products in addition to Champagne and a selection of sweet wine including Picolit and Torcolato to accompany desserts.
Available a list of beers by Piccolo Opificio Brassicolo of Carrobiolo and by Cascinazza Monastery in Buccinasco.
At lunch or dinner Manna's guests can choose the traditional menu or different choises periodically offered by the chef. A suggestion? Taste the boiled calf's head, lentil soup and beef cheek in red wine. At the end select Nocciola Più as sweet.
Good value for money. Business-menu is available for lunch.
Manna Restaurant is closed on Sundays.
