Established in 1980, La Sfoglia fresh pasta workshop is considered the cream of gourmet taste. The man and mind behind this small company, situated in the heart of Reggio Emilia, is Corrado Zamboni, who has decided to celebrate 35 years of activity with an exclusive, limited edition gift box of 35 pieces, entirely inspired by the sea.
The luxury gift box has been produced in collaboration with Steralmar®, the only Italian company that provides microbiologically pure sea water to the food sector. This treasure chest of delights contains: ½ kg of handmade Cappellacci squid ink pasta with a lobster filling (lobster, potato, pepper, tarragon); 200 ml jar of condiment (Cream of tomato, chickpeas and basil reduction).
200 Ml bottle of exclusive riservadimare® Premium sea water culinary spray. The pasta, filling and condiment have all been made using riservadimare®, microbiologically pure, culinary sea water. Price Euro 280,00.
