Cantina Urbana - Wine Collective ®  begins the new year with a dense program of events and initiatives, in which wine experience is offered in combination to gastronomy and music, always in the name of quality, craftsmanship and exclusivity.
Starting in February, the Wine Collective comes to life with a series of eno-gastronomic events related to people, products and anecdotes. The evenings will have a total price of € 45 per person, including good wine, tasting of food, and stories told by the guest producers.
For the first date, the winery will be hosting the “vigneron” Rodolfo Gianserra on Friday the 15 th of February, who will talk about his land and the Tintillia wine.
On the 7 th of March, another “vignerons” from Sicily, Filippo Mangione, who will make guests taste the Neretto Masclaese, a wine made from its vine from Etna. The 21 st of March is the turn of Chiara Onide from “Il Boscasso”, her artigianal cheese factory, where she makes delicious goat cheese, both fresh and seasoned.
Following, on the 4 th of April, directly from Langhe, wine area in Piedmont, Giuliano Iuorio with be presenting a particular wine, still a surprise at the moment, along with a tasting of typical products from its area. Cantina Urbana ® will host on the 18 th of April Gentile Thogan, from its factory with peasant’s origins, who will bring to taste his genuine and natural products, such as salami of Varzi dop, coppa, cotechino and seasoned lard.
