Real cuisine in Business Hotel
Well-known restaurant chains are entering with force into high-end mostly business hotels. It's a trend now underway in the cities, a new way of experiencing dining that somewhat "retires" traditional chefs from big hotels. The news is that the system works and is liked. At the opening in March this year of FRESCO Sarpi (a new restaurant inside the Leonardo Milan City Center via A. Fioravanti 18), guests were excited to taste typical Neapolitan flavors under the Madonnina. FRESCO Sarpi is Fresco's first opening in a Milanese hotel, made possible thanks to a partnership with Fedegroup, which has been working with Leonardo Hotels for several years on the food and beverage offerings of the properties in Italy and abroad. It is, however, the second opening in the heart of Milan, a chain born from the idea of two Neapolitan entrepreneurs that now has 18 establishments throughout Italy. With a dynamic atmosphere combined with simple, refined décor in shades of black, gray and gold that recall the logo, the restaurant welcomes customers in a spacious space enriched by natural elements such as herb seedlings and green-inspired wallpaper decorations.
Among the "cool" dishes, in addition to the beloved pizza with its strictly high and soft edge, bronze-drawn spaghetti alla Nerano that meets fried zucchini, provolone cheese, DOP grana cheese, DOP pecorino romano cheese, and basil delight the palate. More: meatballs with meat sauce, fish and seafood. To honor the city, the menu features a selection of traditional Milanese dishes, such as saffron risotto and schnitzel.
