Hamilton (Swatch Group) has drawn on its flying heritage to inspire the first of its timepieces ever to integrate aluminum, the material that propelled the aerospace sector to new heights with its use in planes, space shuttles and even rocket fuel.
Hamilton was founded in 1892 in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, USA. Hamilton watches combine the American spirit with the precision of the latest Swiss movements. 
The range comprises four shades associated with outdoor action in the field, from a sultry sand color through to khaki green, and from bold black to the navy of pristine pilot uniforms.

"Performance is always on the itinerary for the Khaki Pilot Pioneer Aluminum and a turning flange with a countdown function is set in motion via a crown conveniently positioned at 2 o’clock. The Hamilton H-10 movement contains 80 hours of power reserve to accommodate high-flying lifestyles. A special metal treatment developed by Hamilton also ensures the cases’ hardness and durability, as well as their capacity to take on intensive color shades".
The light weight of the case, in combination with aluminum’s ability to adapt very quickly to body temperature, means that wearers often forget it’s on their wrist between time-checks.
