Single Doc wine

Monteverro a company on the Costa D’argento, halfway between the historic village of Capalbio (near Grosseto in Italy) and the sea who has released a miniature, 375mL bottle for their top four wines: Monteverro, Terra di Monteverro, Chardonnay and Tinata.
As a smaller version of the classic 750mL size, the 375mL is elegant packaging. The bottles are wrapped one by one in foil before being placed in a 12 bottles wooden case.
"The mini-sizes are the choice to alternate wines between courses", the company says. "Ideal for singles or couples opting for pairing to different menus, or if one person does not drink alcohol". A higher demand of the 375mL sizes comes from the catering world, which needs to answer multiple clients’ requirements.
In nice weather, small sizes are the ideal choice for small outdoor tastings, boat trips or picnic on the countryside. It combines a more economical choice and a response to oenological curiosity for all who do not renounce quality wines on each occasion.
