French Polynesia has spectacular surfing locations in places like Sapinus, Rangiroa, Papara and Teahupo'o. Only surf experts can measure up on the fashion sport. Here massive waves breaking on the reef.
In Teahupo'o, on the Tahiti island, from 14th to 25th August 2015, is place the Billabong Pro Tahiti competition.
Tahiti is a "blue paradise" consists of 118 islands and atolls over five great archipelagos. Bora Bora, Moorea, Huahine, Taha'a, Raiatea, Manihi, Tikehau, Rangiroa, Fakarava, the Marquesas and the other wonderful islands cover an area of two millions square kilometers in the South Pacific Ocean.
The event is organized by the World Surf League, the Tahiti Ocean Productions and the Tahiti Surf Federation.
