New opening in Lione
In the heart of Lyon’s Presqu’île (France) Grand Hôtel-Dieu front stage works are forging ahead while behind the scenes everyone is fulfilling their roles for the opening in spring 2018.
In June 2015, Crédit Agricole Assurances and Caisse Régionale de Crédit Agricole de Centre-Est acquired the
equity and construction rights of Grand Hôtel-Dieu in order to redevelop the site with the construction of new buildings and the refurbishment and conversion of existing buildings.
"With just months to go before the social inauguration, retailers have been lining up to make their entrance with new revelations announced since February. Clarins, Aroma Zone, Obbo Design, Buddha Bar, Café Mokxa and Second Cup have now joined the almost complete list of select names that will be present in Grand Hôtel-Dieu", the company says.
Grand Hôtel-Dieu is a 52,064-sq. m mixed complex with 17,635 sq. m of retail. The project will include 13,422 sq. m of office space, a 5-star hotel operated by Intercontinental, 837 sq. m for housing and the 3,823-sq. m International City of Gastronomy (steered by Lyon Métropole authorities).
