New management in Pininfarina

The Board of Directors of Pininfarina, the well-known Turin-based company operating in the automotive bodywork sector, has co-opted Paolo Dellachà, formerly CEO of Automobili Pininfarina GmbH, as a new member of the Board and has simultaneously appointed him CEO and General Manager with immediate effect. The Board of Directors also appointed Jay Noah Itzkowitz as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors with immediate effect.
Paolo Dellachà indirectly holds 29,000 ordinary shares in Pininfarina S.p.A.
Born in Como on 1 January 1975, after graduating from the Politecnico di Milano, Dellachà began his career at Ferrari in 2000, initially as a CAE engineer. He became CEO of Automobili Pininfarina in 2023, assuming responsibility for all strategic areas of the company. "The appointment reaffirms the company's commitment to pursuing its long-term vision, focused on excellence in design, innovation and sustainable growth, and represents an important step forward in strengthening its governance and leadership. It also reinforces Pininfarina's goal of consolidating its organisational structure, accelerating business development and confidently addressing new market opportunities and industry challenges", explains a company statement. The appointment will help to enhance synergies and collaborations within the group, supporting the development of future programmes and strengthening the global positioning of the Pininfarina brand.
