Food défilé

Two graduated men, one in space engineering, the other in law decided to diversify their skills. They bet on the restaurant sector and bought the restaurant Alice owened by the chef Viviana Varese. Now the restaurant is Mamai in via Adige 9 near Porta Romana in Milano.
You can see working with great dedication Davide Viviani as chef and Stefano Sardella as room-manager.  "We want to create beautiful and good courses", the chef said. The place becomes a défilé of good food. A large choice is available.
As first courses: Mojto, spaghetti with mint broth or Capon dumplings called Passion dumplings. To continue octopus and potatoes, Croaker fish and Pickled greens, Veal cheek or San Peter's fish.
As desserts Banana Dumplings, Childhood memories with Nutella, Revisited Tiramisù or fruit and vegetables salads.
Mamai offers a good wine-selection.
The Restaurant is closed on Sundays.
